Morningland Diary is a certified organic unpasturized cheese making farm & processing facility in Mountain View, Missouri. All cheeses are aged at least 60 days. With many varieties they are the perfect cheese for every occasion and they are available at the Root Cellar.

Cheeses flavors include:
Sharp, mild and garlic cheddar, Colby, Garlic Colby, Italian Colby, Hot Pepper.

Goatsbeard Goat Cheeses:
Plain, Peppered, Herb, Curry, Chilipolte, Marinade, Prairie Bloom, Feta.

Hard Cheeses:
Waloon, Mountain Blue, Prarie Bloom.

Goat Beard Farm

In only 3 years master cheese makers Ken and Jen Muno have developed a cult like following for their hard and soft cheeses. Goat Beard Farm is located less than 15 minutes from Columbia in Harrisburg, Missouri, where they tend, milk and process all cheeses right there on the farm. Naturally raised antibiotic and hormone free. This herd of approximately 60 goats produces some of this countries finest goat cheese.

Soft flavor cheeses include Plain, Peppered, Herb, Curry, Chilipolte and Curry & Garlic. But the treasure of this trove is the hard aged cheese like Waloon, Mountain Bloom, have all cheese connoisseurs eating out of their hands.
