Pork Loin in Tomatillo Sauce
For a quick and easy dinner

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2 LB Patchworks Family Farm Pork Loin
1/2 cup water
1 Jar Tomitillo Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Roll Loin in Salt and Pepper.
Place in baking pan with water and Tomitillo Sauce.
Cover and cook for 1 hour.
