Unlike industry standards which start by opening a can of Tomato Paste and canned Peppers all Root Cellar sauces are made with fresh local produce. Ripe whole Tomatoes, Fresh Peppers, Onions, Garlic, and fresh Herbs. Made by hand in small 8 gallon batches allows us to mantain consistency and flavor that is not matched.
